Refund Policy

We ONLY provide refunds on CUSTOM items. 

We have a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after your item has been received to request an exchange. 

Clearance, Sale and Sample Sale items are ineligible for exchanges.


We ONLY offer exchanges on Regular Stock. However, we may offer store credit in the form of GIFT CARDS.

Please note that all items must be shipped in their original packaging and MUST BE UNWORN/UNUSED. Worn/Used items are ineligible for exchange or refund*.

Certain types of items CANNOT be exchanged, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as custom/special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept exchanges for candles, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the exchange/refund was approved or not. If approved, a gift card for the value of your item plus shipping** will be generated and emailed within 10 business days.

ALL return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Your refund will consists of the purchase price minus shipping costs.***

Gift cards given as store credit are valued by adding up to the round number closest to the value of the item plus shipping that you wish to exchange.**

*In the case of a custom piece/order

**expedited shipped items/orders are ineligible. In that instance, the credit will include only standard shipping costs.
